After February 10th, hotels can still be booked at regular rates and must still be booked directly through the Iberostar links below.

There are 3 hotels on the resort property, and participants are free to book at the hotel of their choice. When using our code, participants will be allowed to add up to 3 days to the beginning and/or end of their stay, if so desired.

It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to registering for this training to ensure your preferred room is not sold out.

The training will be held in the Convention Center which is in between the Suites and JOIA hotels.

Rose Hall Beach is a 5-minute walk, and golf carts are available across the resort complex for those who may need mobility assistance.

Terms and Conditions

Attendees are required to book their accommodations directly through the Iberostar website using the promo code provided by EBTS (until the expiration of said code). Reservations made through third-party vendors, such as travel agencies, cannot be included in our group.
Attendees are required to stay on site at the Iberostar complex for this training. It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to registering for this training to ensure the complex/your preferred room is not sold out.
Due to frequent flight cancellations and delays, we strongly recommend flying out on or before the Tuesday before the training. No refunds, transfers, or continuing education credit will be given for any portion missed due to flight disruptions.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, EBTS holds the right to change trainers to someone of equal expertise in the subject.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ebtrainingsolutions.com no later than 30 calendar days before the first day of the event. A full refund minus a 6% processing fee will be issued. Past this date, no refunds will be provided.
All grievance must be in writing to info@ebtrainingsolutions.com, and will be replied to within 5-10 business days
EBTS has no part in the financial agreement between you, the participant, and the hotel
If the training must be canceled on the part of EBTS for unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued. In this case, EBTS holds no financial responsibility for changes to airfare and other miscellaneous charges
Audio and/or visual recording of the training is prohibited
This venue is located outside of the United States and may not meet the United States ADA standard
EBTS fees do not include room and board and participants are required to book and manage their own accommodations.
