Have you been introduced to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and are ready to take your skills and case conceptualization to the next level?
Would you like support in seeing and practicing how ACT may be used with the help of a master ACT facilitator? This training is appropriate for therapists who have read introductory texts, intermediate practitioners, and ACT therapists with years of experience. No matter where you are in your ACT journey, this training will enhance not only your practice, but your life.
In this highly experiential and interactive workshop, mental health professionals will develop deeper knowledge of psychological flexibility both in their own lives and in the lives of their clients
You will learn what it’s like to directly intervene with clients in a way that powerfully and experientially builds vital meaning in their lives. This training will utilize lectures, clinical vignettes, clinical demonstrations, mindfulness exercises, experiential exercises, large-group discussions, small-group discussions, and small-group skills practice.
