What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ebtrainingsolutions.com. If a cancellation is received 30 or more calendar days before the first day of the training, a full refund will be issued minus a 6% processing fee. If a cancellation is received 29 days to 1 day before the first day of the training, no refund will be issued; however, the participant will receive a one-time promo code for $500 off a future training, valid for one year from date of issue. Cancellations received less than 1 day before the training begins are not eligible for a refund, credit, or promo code.
What is the dress code?
We want you to be comfortable during your time with us, so there’s no formal dress code for training sessions. Feel free to wear whatever you’re most comfortable in — many participants are in vacation mode, and some head straight from sessions to tours or other activities. That said, if you tend to feel chilly, we recommend bringing a light sweater or layer just in case the air conditioning is cooler than you'd prefer.
