Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is about presence, purpose, and flexibility.

Rooted in mindfulness and values-based action, ACT helps clients turn toward their inner experiences while taking action in the service of what matters most. Rather than focusing on symptom reduction, ACT cultivates psychological flexibility—the ability to stay grounded in the present and choose meaningful, values-driven responses, even in the presence of difficult thoughts or emotions.

ACT is evidence-based, widely applicable, and deeply human.

With over 1,400 randomized controlled trials supporting its efficacy, ACT has been shown to help with depression, anxiety, OCD, psychosis, substance use, chronic pain, and more. Its transdiagnostic nature makes it especially well-suited for the wide range of challenges therapists see every day. This workshop is designed to help you build fluency in the model and strengthen your use of ACT processes in real-world clinical settings.

Learn ACT by doing ACT.

This interactive training introduces psychological flexibility both intellectually and experientially. Through mindfulness, skills practice, and guided exercises, you’ll explore how to help clients shift from struggle to presence—and from avoidance to action. You’ll practice ACT in your own life and in the therapy room, deepening your comfort with its six core processes.

Training that’s personal, practical, and empowering.

Led in a warm and accessible format, this workshop integrates clinical demonstrations, case examples, small-group work, and large-group discussions. You’ll leave with practical knowledge of ACT in action—and the tools to help clients move toward more meaningful and values-based living.
