Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is about presence, purpose, and flexibility—and this workshop meets you wherever you are in your ACT journey.

Rooted in mindfulness and values-based action, ACT helps clients turn toward their inner experiences while taking action in the service of what matters most. Rather than focusing on symptom reduction, ACT cultivates psychological flexibility—the ability to stay grounded in the present and choose meaningful, values-driven responses even in the presence of difficult thoughts or emotions. Whether you’re new to ACT or looking to deepen your existing skills, this training is designed to help you grow as a clinician.

ACT is evidence-based, widely applicable, and deeply human.

With more than 1,400 randomized controlled trials supporting its effectiveness, ACT has been shown to help with depression, anxiety, OCD, psychosis, substance use, chronic pain, and many other challenges. Its transdiagnostic nature makes it especially well suited for the wide range of concerns therapists encounter every day. In this workshop, you’ll learn how ACT principles can guide case conceptualization and intervention across diverse clinical situations.

Learn ACT by doing ACT.

This interactive workshop introduces psychological flexibility both intellectually and experientially. Through mindfulness practices, experiential exercises, and structured skills practice, you’ll explore how to help clients shift from struggle to presence—and from avoidance to values-based action. Along the way, you’ll deepen your comfort with ACT’s six core processes and learn how to apply them flexibly and responsively with clients, rather than as a set of rigid techniques.

Train with a master ACT facilitator—practical, experiential, and engaging.

Through clinical demonstrations, case examples, small-group exercises, and large-group discussions, this workshop brings ACT to life in a way that is both accessible and clinically meaningful. No matter where you are in your ACT journey, you’ll leave with greater clarity, stronger clinical instincts, and practical tools you can immediately bring into your work with clients.
