Hotel Reservation Information

Participants may stay at any accommodations of their choice. There are numerous hotels within walking distance of Iberostar.

If you choose to stay at Iberostar, there are 3 hotels on the host property to choose from: Iberostar Waves Cristina (sold out), Iberostar Waves Bahía de Palma (availability, limited) and Iberostar Selection Playa de Palma (availability, limited).

If your preferred hotel is sold out, the following hotels are just a 3-5 minute walk from the training venue. Reservations can be made directly through each hotel's website or through third-party booking sites such as Hotels.com.

Participants are strongly encouraged to complete training registration and the hotel booking of their choice at the same time. Rooms and training spots are limited; EBTS cannot guarantee availability of either. EBTS is not responsible if the training or guest rooms sell out.

The training will be held at Iberostar Waves Cristina.

Terms and Conditions

Participants are free to stay at the host hotel or any accommodations of their choice.
Attendees must be present for all scheduled training days and sign in and out each day to receive continuing education credit. No partial credit is available.
Due to frequent flight cancellations and delays, we strongly recommend flying out on or before the Monday before the training. No refunds, transfers, or continuing education credit will be given for any portion missed due to flight disruptions.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, EBTS holds the right to change trainers to someone of equal expertise in the subject.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ebtrainingsolutions.com. If a cancellation is received 30 or more calendar days before the first day of the training, a full refund will be issued minus a 6% processing fee. If a cancellation is received 29 days to 1 day before the first day of the training, no refund will be issued; however, the participant will receive a one-time promo code for $500 off a future training, valid for one year from date of issue. Cancellations received less than 1 day before the training begins are not eligible for a refund, credit, or promo code.
All grievance must be in writing to info@ebtrainingsolutions.com, and will be replied to within 5-10 business days
EBTS has no part in the financial agreement between you, the participant, and the hotel
If the training must be canceled on the part of EBTS for unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued. In this case, EBTS holds no financial responsibility for changes to airfare and other miscellaneous charges
Audio and/or visual recording of the training is prohibited
This venue is located outside of the United States and may not meet the United States ADA standard
EBTS fees do not include room and board and participants are required to book and manage their own accommodations.
There are no known conflicts of interest for this training
